<p>I heard from some friends that LS2 and LS3 will become regular lecture courses, and that their labs will be combined into a separate LS2&3 lab class. Is this true?</p>
<p>I just looked at the LS classes when you posted, but not sure about the changes. LS 2 has only a 1 hour and 15 minute discussion and is 4 units now. LS 3 says it is only a discussion now, but it is 3 hours and is also 4 units. LS 4 is still 5 units and you need a corequisite of LS 23L for both LS 3 and 4.</p>
<p>Wait if we already have taken LS 2 with lab, and are taking LS 3 with lab over the summer, then we don’t need to take 23L, right?</p>
<p>Yeah I heard some students actually talking about that when I was in the printing room for SAC. I really hope that’s not the case because it would be really confusing later on in the quarter…</p>
