LSDAS GPA and Study Abroad

I studied abroad with an Ivy League program the summer after my junior year in high school. I did not take the courses for credit, but when I looked at my transcript, it seemed to imply that I had indeed received credit. I'm still not entirely sure whether or not I did receive it. Would it be possible to switch the courses to not-for-credit courses, or is it too late? Does it matter whether or not I sent these courses in when I applied for college? I ask because I was placed in a course that was too easy, then was moved into one that was far to difficult, and then transferred back. This resulted in a very poor grade, as I had to struggle to catch up with the work I had missed while in the other class.

Do I even need to submit these courses to LSDAS if they weren't taken for credit?

Does anyone know the answer?
