cuz i sent in my LSE aplication early december. I applied for economics and political Science. And i haven't heard frm them yet. They said that all decisions for ontime applicants wud be made by march 31st.... and today's march 29th...so what's exactly happening? does anyone have any expertise in these matters? or anyone with a similar experience?

Hey....join the club...i havent heard from them too and its been nearly 3 months now...not even an email confirming that they have recieved my app...my counsellor says that i wait till 31st and then do sumtin about it. apparently, there have been alot of people who have the same damn prob. well, a couple of my friends got rejected from lse...so lets just hope that this long wait spells out acceptance!!!:)

LSE sent some acceptances yesterday. I saw that on TSR(The Students' Room? I think it's called)
No decisions will be given over the weekend. Now only Monday remains!! for all of us. GL everybody.
btw I submitted my app around January 12th and for Economics.

Maybe they're waiting to see whether some people are declining their offers and then only making other offers. shrugs I don't know. just a thought.

ok..this is weird...today is the 31st of march...and i havent heard from them yet!!!!...maybe they have extended the dealine..has anyone recieved any reply from lse today?

^^ but if i'm not mistaken...and i even called them up yesterday...they said that the decisions wud definitely be made by the end of 31st....so is it that UCAS takes sum time and posts decisions on the next day?

i'm not too sure of that....if i didnt rmb wrongly, the letter arrived 10+ days after the stipulated decision date, the UCAS update came like another 10+ days after....british efficiency lol

and u certainly applied at the right place....econs and govt at the School of Economics and Political Scienc(Govt) haha

LSE = ludicrously slow in evaluation.... need to wait for months before they reply you. but no news is good news... at least it is not a rejection.
