<p>i have a friend who is currently overseas and attending a university, but he's expressed interest in coming to the US someday as an undergrade. he wants to major in luxury management, which is, i'm assuming, business, so does anyone know any colleges that offer such a major, or any colleges that have a good program for it? also any tips regarding transferring internationally would be appreciated.</p>

<p>Can you tell us what you mean by luxury management? It’s not a common term.</p>
<p>Would luxury management be more like financial advising or hospitality perhaps? “Luxury management” is very vague and I’ve never heard of any such major in the US, but I’m sure there is something that covers the same material.</p>
<p>If you mean hotel management, look into Cornell.</p>
<p>i guess it means business for sectors dealing with high-end products. i highly doubt that there is such a major but i think you could specialize by interning at fancy hotel-chains, carmakers and prada.</p>
<p>Your friend should tell you what he wants to do when he grows up, and then you can advise him on the appropriate major(s).</p>
