with the email, I'm more excited. and having a hard time concentrating on my school works.. With four weeks left (gets out on june 22), I'm loaded with hw.

but it's all good. less than a month, then boston!!

(my name's june, just in case you couldn't guess :) )

grrr...... in the frickin' newspaper today there was a story about this girl at a nearby HS that got accepted into RSI and about how wonderful she is and how she'll be going to Boston this summer blah blah blah. Do ya'll find it conceited of me that I'm mad as hell that I wasn't mentioned??

hey i'd still be pretty mad too if I wasn't mentioned!! we worked hard to get where we are and just b/c WTP may be easier to get into, doesn't make us any less... intelligent or special!!!! psh it's okay! we'll have a better time at WTP than anyone else at MITES or RSI!! only 3 weeks and we'll be there! can't waaaiiittt!!!!

hey, everyone
it looks like this thread died a while ago but hopefully someone will answer me
i'm applying to WTP EECS this year, and i'm kind of worried that i'll be overqualified since I took computer programming at a college and went to robot camp so they might think I already know some of the material. do you think I should take that stuff off of my app? people who were told they were overqualified, what do you think made you overqualified?

question for OP-- just how hard is it to get in??
i really want to go too. i guess my credentials are decent, but i assume just about everybody's is, right?
and i'd KILL for ME... i don't like EECS so much.
