M.S scholarships..

What should i do to get my M.S with full scholarship?.

what are the requirements for it in USA, or any Europe countries?..

Master degree requirements will vary by university and by program/major. You will need to investigate each program you’re interested in. Some will require only coursework; some will require coursework plus research; some will require coursework plus research plus a thesis; some will require coursework plus passing a series of comprehensive examinations. Or any combination of the above.

Funding for graduate degrees is very different than funding for undergraduate degrees. Nearly all grad funding is based upon merit with departments awarding grants, assistantships and scholarships preferentially to those candidates the department finds most desirable.

Some grad programs award funding only to their PhD students. Some grad programs have little or no funding and do not award financial aid to anyone. Again you will need to contact each graduate program you’re interested in and ask.
