Do M&T students have no lives? are they working all day and night?
What is the girl/guy ratio at m&t?
are m&t kids friends with other undergrads on campus?
do other students displike m&t kids bc they work hard?
how much free time do m&t kids have?

other than #2, which I don't know, it all depends on the student.

how about relative to other Penn students?

As an M&T student, I will answer your questions:

I do not really have a life, but that's not a function of workload. I just play too much Halo.
There are roughly 55 guys in my class and 4 girls.
I am sitting in a room full of non-m&t friends but I would say a good number of my friends are in m&t.
I hope no other students displike me.
I have plenty of free time. It's all in how you manage your time.

i did speak to a friend who graduated from the m&t program... graduated towards the top of his class in both wharton and engineering and also got some masters in engineering... he said no life (even on weekends) and most of his friends were in wharton

From the 12 or so M&Ters I met, they were all really chill, and they definitely had lives, though they did mention having more work than others.

adding to hsn... i did the m&tsi summer program and had 7 rta's (6 were rising sophomores and one was a rising junior). all relatively chill, but they did say they had a lot more work than others. however, they did all have lives.
