Hi all,

I'm wondering if anyone can shed some clarity on the difficulty of gaining admittance into UT's MA in advertising for a curious potential applicant. What do you believe the ideal candidate to be? I'm a rising senior at Indiana University majoring in journalism with minors in marketing and business with a 3.4, about a 3.7 major gpa and internship experience on the account side at a medium-sized converged communications agency. I am still deciding whether or not to apply or wait a few years for graduate school so I haven't yet taken the GRE's. My recommendations would come from professors who held high positions in advertising and marketing. Assuming competitive testing scores, would I be a competitive applicant. Thanks.
