Okay, I am a non traditional student and transferred to Rutgers at the age of 24. When I first applied I was accepted into the New Brunswick Business School and SAS, and I declined the business school in favor of SAS. I made a big mistake by doing that (not going to go into detail). So now, I would need to do a school to school transfer so I can (hopefully) get into the business school next year for accounting. I estimate my GPA to be at about a 3.5 and by the time I reapply I would have about 113 credits...40 of which were from rutgers so my rutgers gpa would be about a 3.5.

What are my chances of being accepted into the business school in NB? I feel so bad and like a stake in my heart that I made such a stupid decision. I am going to be 26 when I start the business school and around 28-29 when I graduate. I feel like I wasted so much time. Money wise, fortunately not. I just need to buckle down and get a no frills degree so I can have a comfortable future and I didn't see that happening at SAS.

By the way, I am going to have mostly basic liberal arts courses on my rutgers transcript. The only math courses would be Calc 2 and Stat 1 of which I earned a C
Quantitative Methods in Psychology B+
All other courses were at least a B

You will need to complete some pre-requisites before you can be eligible to apply to the New Brunswick Business School. Please look over the eligibility requirements carefully to make sure you have taken the courses needed and completed them with a grade of “C” or better.

All the best,
