<p>Consider something in your life you think goes unnoticed and write about why it's important to you.</p>
<p>Above is the first of 2 prompts for the Madison application. I completed the second one no problem, but the first prompt is kinda weird. I was hoping I could get some assistance here as to what Madison is looking for or how I should approach this question.</p>
<p>I have the same issue with another essay question. It’s as if they are written by a third grader.</p>
<p>The question makes me think about what you take for granted in life, like your parents and what they do for you. Just a thought.</p>
<p>See my response to the other essay question. There is no correct response. UW wants to know more about you than just your test scores, gpa and teacher reports. The artist will respond differently than the engineer and both can be equally acceptable to UW. Sometimes a seemingly simple request allows for more ways to respond and show the individual you are.</p>
