So on Naviance it says that Wisconsin’s notification policy is rolling? Is this true and if so how lon does it take for them to notify you once they get all their materials?
Rolling admissions means they give you the decision once they have decided. UW has dates by which they will tell you your decision based on applying by an early and the final deadline. You could need to wait for the decision until those dates. That early decision could be deferred/postponed, accepted or denied/rejected. Those who are at the top and bottom likely will receive sooner decisions. The vast numbers will need to wait until all applications are received. So, once your application has been reviewed it may take time as they compare you to other applicants to see if there is room for you. Some schools have defined dates when, and only when, decisions are released.
UW may let you know at any time but most likely batches of decisions are released closer to the posted release dates.
Look at the official UW website (as always) for the answers.
