<p>What advantages or disagvantages does Maine have in comparison to UVM, especially in terms of biological sciences and track and field. Of course, please include other comparisons.</p>

<p>I can’t cast light on the comparison, but can say that UMaine has an excellent undergraduate biology program. The professors are very committed to teaching but there are also plenty of research starts who get grants and so can hire students to work on their research projects. On track, UMaine recently renovated its field house (for indoor track) and it’s a beautiful facility. </p>
