Major and minors

Hi! So I was looking for some advice for my course of study. I am an English major with a minor in writing and a minor in journalism (my future career goal is to be any type of writer–journalism, technical, grant writer, etc.). I am a sophomore, going to be a junior in fall 2019 to graduate in spring 2020. I am in the honors program, have completed 2 relevant writing internships, write for the school newspaper, and work in the writing center (for reference). If I wanted to, I could possibly squeeze in a third minor. Should I pursue a third minor? Or should I just focus on my EN major and two minors to really hone in on courses directly relevant to those minors/major. Thanks so much!
