I was admitted to CP for biochemistry which is in COSAM but now I’ve taken interest in business and would really, really like to pursue it. I understand the reputation of CP regarding major change and I’d like to know if this switch is impossible since it’s different colleges? If I do make the switch, will I be set back from graduating within 4 years?

You should be fine graduating in 4 years. All the business degrees have free electives. Even if you burned all your biochem time and had to apply it to GEs you’d be fine. If nothing else though, calculus should transfer to business.
