major concern regarding 1st semester senior grades

<p>I think I'm going to end up with 3 B's this first semester. I have never gotten more than 2 B's in a semester. Will this downward trend affect my college admissions process?</p>

<p>Here are my predicted 1st semester grades
AP Chem- B
AP Stats- B
AP Physics- A
AP Gov- A
AP Econ- B
AP Lit- A
Forensic Science- A</p>

<p>I'm not applying to Ivies, but competitive privates like Boston College, Wellesley, WashU, etc</p>

<p>It’s unknowable. Obviously getting better grades is better – but know that your overall culm GPA and your willingness to take difficult classes means a lot.</p>
