You are applying to some good schools. Your majors may change over the course of your college time. Just focus on visiting and applying to the schools you wish to matriculate. It's normal to be undecided.

What's your favorite of the majors, that you think you will enjoy the most?

im thinking of double major in art history and finance, would that be possible?
i don't really know about the canadian system...i heard we have to choose major in the first year, so thats what i'm struggling with :(

Contact one of all of those Canadian schools and find out for sure. In the US, you don't usually have to choose a major your freshman year and stick with it.

cafe-ks - a double in art history and finance is definitely possible (I know a couple folks here at Penn who are doubling in finance and classics).

You might also look at the possibility of a museum studies certificate with the idea that you can parlay your finance and art history background into some sort of museum management position. Curator type positions will require at least an MA, btw.

But... those jobs can be hard to find, so it will take some effort and a willingness to move almost anywhere after you graduate.

okay thanks!!
and also, do you recommande me to take economy? or finance?
which one would be safer for job and better for double majoring with art hist?

Here at Penn, Finance is the biggie. But given how things are going out in the "real world" it might not be quite the great major it was a couple years ago.

You won't have to decide right away - even if you register as a Finance major, you'll have plenty of opportunity to take other courses and make changes as your interests solidify.

Good Luck!
