Major help for best admission chance

Hi I am a transfer student. My first choice was Haas for Business Administration but my gap has dropped to a 3.6, I can probably raise it to a 3.7 by the end of winter.
I still would like to apply to Berkeley but I know that my GPA is very low to have a chance at Haas. Does anyone know any good majors that have a higher acceptance rate?
I know economics is similar but I believe it is the same acceptance rate?
Any suggestions?
maybe at their college of natural resources?
