Major in Information Technology, minor in CS

Hey everyone. I'm going to be senior this year at University and I'm currently majoring in IT and Visual Arts and minoring in CS. I'm planning on aiming for an IT job in a local or corporate company right after graduation and wanted to know if it was worth it to continue my Visual Arts major. I do love art, but was planning on going into a career that involves design and technology somewhere down the line.

On the flip side I also like to program, but I wouldn't consider myself a hardcore programming person...but I would like to learn how to program well so I could develop software or apps in the future as well. Based on what I've been hearing about CS here, should I stick out another year and finish it as a major?

Or should I just drop my Visual Arts major and keep a simple IT degree and CS minor?

All advice and input really appreciated. I'd like to decide on where I'm going before the add/drop period ends this semester. Thanks.

Upper division CS courses in operating systems, networks, databases, and security would likely be helpful in an IT career.
