Majors, Majors, Majors..... ARGH !!!! HELP!!

Eeer....

So I picked Biology, BA as my major of choice, but I am having regrets.

I'd rather spend my time in Santa Barbara having fun. I think the Bio requires a **** load of work/memorizing/etc. I'm perfectly capable of this; however, once again, I would rather spend my time having fun than studying all the time.

I've completed my Chem all the way through Ochem and really enjoyed chem. However, same deal as above (I don't want to study 24/7 :().

So... I have been thinking about a Psychology, BA -- anyone know much about it?

I'm pretty much looking for somethjing in the sciences that is pretty easy BUT INTERESTING!

PS: The grad school that I'm going to doesn't give a flying * * * what my major is as long as the grades are good; hence, why I'm looking for something easy ;P.... I've already completed all my pre-reqs for grad school.

Thanks.

What grad school are you going to? I need to know so I can help you

Hey, thanks for your reply!

Dentistry....

I've completed all pre-reqs (inorganic chem, ochem, bio1+2, etc, etc). I just want to take something easy so I can get good grades & have fun at the same time. Why break my back when I don't need to? I just wanna play the game. I'd also like to take something interesting because that will motivate me to study :) Hopefully you respect my honesty, thanks again!!!

I would say major in English or any humanities major because it will help you so much for the DAT, especially on the verbal and essay. Also, these days dental school, medical school, are giving more leverage to non-science majors in the admission process. Or like you said, if you want to major in psychology then go for it. A psychology major seems pretty decent and not as difficult as hard science majors.

Alright, thanks dude.

Is the PYSCH program pretty easy? The classes seem much more interesting than the Bio classes. I wish I looked at the bio classes before selecting a bio major -- it's all aquatic/plant biology cringe

English is a good one too; but I gotta take a bunch of English pre-major classes that I have not taken and I'm already a JR.

dude, work hard in college pays off, there is nothing easy. I am going chemical engineering and i am still gonna have fun in UCSB
