I was just submitting my MIT RD application and I saw that they had a maker’s portfolio. How necessary is this to get in? I don’t have one and probably will not have one before Jan 1.
Have you been doing the work that would allow you to compile a maker’s portfolio? I will assume you have not, or you might have been documenting your work as you’ve gone along.
Of course, whether you might strengthen your application with one depends on what it is you intend to major in. It is certainly not required, or it would be listed among those items on the website.
