Is it fun??? You know what I mean.

Um, no, actually I don’t…but I will take a stab at it…
I believe the female/male ratio is something like 55/45, maybe even a little higher on the female end.

If you’re a straight girl…it kind of sucks, because there are already more girls than guys, and then when you take into account that a huge percentage of those guys are gay…yeah, not good. Not saying you won’t have ‘fun’- you will if you try- but it’s definitely harder han at most schools.

If you are a guy, gay or straight, you will be in paradise.

You kinda come off as a jerk when you say that.

Last year’s Frosh class was 925 guys and 1198 gals. (Source: Common Data Set).

Sorry I came off harshly- it’s hard to convey tone over the internet. I have a very diverse group of friends of all genders and sexual orientations, which I am very happy about. However, I think the biggest surprise for me when I came to GW was how seemingly few straight men there were in proportion to women. Not saying they don’t exist, just giving my honest impression from 3 years of being here.

I don’t think it came off rude at all, in fact, it’s very true. The ratio girl to guy is about 55/45 maybe more skewed than that, but a lot of the guys here are gay, and in DC in general

No no, I was talking to Vitare. And maybe I was reading too much into it, but it seems a bit jerk-ish for a guy to know about the stilted ratio of guys and girls and then kinda creepily imply that “lots of girls” is “fun, you know what I mean.”
