<p>I read that CMU is about 60% male. If this is true, is this disparity noticeable on campus? Or is a 60/40 ratio slight enough to slip through the radar?</p>
<p>Well, CMU is a top engineering school, and engineering, by nature, has about a 3.5:1 - 4:1 male to female ratio. CMU actually has a more ballanced ratio compared to most engineering schools, which I think is largely aided by the drama school.</p>
<p>True, there is a 60:40 ratio, but when you factor out all of the nerdy guys who will spend alot of their time in front of their new xbox, it sort of evens out.</p>
<p>lmao. hey. i spend my time in front of my new xbox and im a girl! haha. but im not nerdy!! not yet!! :D i dont think its gonna be too noticeable. plus, theres a lot of schools around so its always mixing... or so ive heard. we'll find out sat!!</p>
