Manhattan College vs. Pace University (Westchester)

Whats up guys,

I have narrowed down the long college process to two schools, Manhattan and Pace. I really like both and am having a really hard time trying to make a desicion in the next day or 2. If anyone has any positive or negative input about these schools it would be GREATLY appreciated, in any aspect.

I am going to be a business student, by the way.

THANK YOU YOUR THE BEST! :)

anybody here??

Lubin School of Business at Pace seems to have a very good reputation and you may find more diversity there than at a small Catholic college.

Lubin School at Pace has a very good reputation along with a strong internship program. Both Manhattan & Pace are AACSB accredited business schools.

thanks for your answers. as of now I am leaning towards manhattan, but still very unsure.

Anyone else?

Between these two schools, definitely Pace. Pace is better known, and their Pleasantville campus is definitely nicer than Manhattan’s. Plus, Pace is making a number of changes for the better. Their new President is a big shot ([Stephen J. Friedman - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia](Stephen Friedman - Wikipedia)), they just hired another big name as their CFO ([Pace selects former Ernst & Young partner Robert C. Almon as Chief Financial Officer.](http://www.pace.edu/page.cfm?doc_id=14128&frame=/news/read.cfm?id=922)), and they are going to completely revamp their Pleasantville campus to make it mostly a residential college (http://www.thepawprint.net see master plan article). The new president is bringing in all of his Harvard buddies (and JFK Jr, who is a professor at the law school, brought Friedman in), and making a lot of changes at the school. Pace is slowly but surely improving their student body, and I think within 10 years they’ll be a very respectable second tier school (similar to Fordham). I don’t see the same thing happening to Manhattan College.
