I'd also appreciate any other suggestions =]

UGA is a safety for a student with your academic background. Also, don't they have a plan to make tuition basically free for in-state students? It's hard to go OOS when you don't have to pay in-state. Save $100,000. Georgia Tech is a solid Match. UNC is a reach - it's ridiculously tough for OOS students, as they discriminate like whoa (quotas, only 18% OOS). Michigan would be a match for you. Don't know much about BC and Emory's admission standards besides their test scores, but it seems like they would be solid matches for you. Virginia is a match/reach. Being asian won't help you in applications.

Thanks A2Wolves6!
I also have a sister who graduated from U of M. How much of an advantage do you think that would give me?

I think it's an advantage. I don't know how much more it would be at Michigan than any other Public school, but it helps in your application. It gives an advantage over other OOS applicants.

It seems like you want to go to Michigan - your first college listed was Michigan, and you stated that your sister went there. It'd be a great school for you, top 10 in basically everything. Just don't take my spot.

You might want to consider Michigan as a match, and Georgia as a safety as schools for you. I don't see the point in paying 28+K in admission when you can go to equal or better quality schools for less, but that's me and my view on the college prices. Don't know if you need money for Michigan or not, they're decent with aid.
