MATH 1A or 16A?

<p>Hi, so I hear math 1B at berkeley is a ridiculously hard weeder course, and I was wondering if math 1A has the same sort of difficulty. I'm not especially confident in math (scraped a B in AP calculus AB and got a 4 on the AP exam) and I'm thinking of applying to the Haas undergraduate program, so would it be better to take math 16A instead of 1A? Thanks.</p>

<p>well on the math department website under (courses), it says this that business admin majors should enroll in the 16 series</p>
