Hi - I am going to Bama Bound tis week and will be picking my classes. I am pretty comfortable with Math and will be taking Calc 3 my first semester in the Fall. I am curious if I should take Calc 3 (227 Non Honors) or Calc 3 (247 the Honors version)? I’m an Electrical and Computer Engineering major. I thought I read somewhere that Honors classes are smaller yet harder. I am trying to keep a high GPA so which one am I better off selecting and why? Thanks for any advice.
Choose the better prof, not honors vs. non-honors.
I agree with Class2012Mom. Look for the best professor when selecting classes.
