Math 54 as an FPF student

I'll have 1A and 1B bypassed with the 5 on my AP Calc BC exam, so I want to jump straight into Math 54 my first semester at cal. I really don't want to wait to take math 54 later because I'll already be behind on my CS61 series... How do I go about petitioning to take it on campus (because I've heard that you've could?)? If I can't do that, could I take classes at berkeley city college for Math 54 as well as my FPF classes?

I’m not sure about FPF, since I know for concurrent enrollment you can’t be in your first or last semester.

If your able to take it at Berkeley City College your going to want to take Math 3E+3F= Math 54 at Berkeley. Your going to need to bring your AP scores a print out of it to get the pre-req waived to enroll in the math 3e and 3f.
