<p>So all discussion sections have at least 5 on the waitlist and some even go up to 10. I'm doubting that all will get in (and I've yet to register too...late phase 2). Now I'm starting to worry. I've always been told that the math department will just open up new discussion sections to accommodate the demand, but when does that happen?</p>
<p>now all sections are full.....wth? I can't even get on a wait list even tough ucb schedule of classes says there are still spots on the wait list</p>
<p>The person in charge of enrollment for math 54 is on vacation until Aug. 11, but as soon as she gets back they'll try to fix the problem. </p>
<p>If you want to get on the waitlist, choose the option that says waitlist instead of "add class." I had trouble figuring this out too.</p>
<p>i tried that, but when i get to the select discussion part, they're all full. and it wont even let me manually input the ccn of the section. it just returns a message that says 'prior transaction cancelled'</p>
<p>i got the same message when i tried to e-mail the math department too. I really hope that she'll be able to add 100+ students to 54. Even if you include those on the waitlist, the class size would be relatively small ~375</p>
