Math Classes

If I have tested out of Calc I and II, but am still looking to take a math class first semester, would stats or multivariable calc make more sense? As of now I am considering econ to be my major.

Also I’m considering math as a minor

Do Multivariable. You’ll get your fair share of stats when you take econometrics. Partial differentiation may come in handy for econ later on.

Multivariable or linear algebra is definitely the way to go. They’re both more common prerequisites for math classes down the line, so it’s useful to get them early.
