I know that most schools recommend 2-3 subject tests and so far I have taken 3: chemistry (790/88th percentile), physics (730/68th percentile), and math I (750/93rd percentile). People say that math 1 is not as highly regarded as math II. Would anybody recommend taking math II or is it ok just to send in those three subject tests?

For your intended majors, Math2 is preferred over Math1. On the other hand, Math2 is much easier to get high score than other science/math subject test. Although it covers more Math skills than Math1, the curve is more generous that ~15% student got 800. If you can achieve that, it would make your application stronger for those schools require subject test scores.

Depends on college. You have some colleges that require or recommend math 2 (e.g., Caltech requires math 2, Stanford recommends math 2, and those UCs which recommend subject tests recommend math 2 for engineering) but the majority that require or recommend math for an engineering or science major accept math 1 or 2 without preference for one or the other (e.g., MIT, Duke, and the ivies).

Awesome because I really do not want to take the math 2 subject test. Instead I would rather raise my 590 CR score that is really pulling me down.

Math level 1 is intended for those who have not completed precalculus with trigonometry (typically those in the normal sequence in high school math who take this course as high school seniors), while math level 2 is intended for those who have (typically at least a year ahead of normal sequence in high school math and have completed this course as high school juniors or earlier).
