My Junior daughter is intersted in Stonehill. She is a weak math/science student and I'm wondering how difficult the math requirement will be.

You can go to their website and download the curriculum. It will tell you, for her chosen major, which courses she will have to take. My observation is that it is very balanced, so she will need to take math.

The only math-like requirement for Stonehill students is the “statistical reasoning” inquiry. This can be fulfilled with a multitude of classes, many of which do not require much math. For example, I fulfilled the requirement by taking “Assessment and Analysis in Education,” which dealt with examining standardized tests and other types of assessments used in today’s classroom. I never saw a single number the entire semester.
