Math schools in North East

I'm looking to be a math major when i attend college but i would like to know colleges in the northeast (preferably New York) that have an good math program.

and does any one know about math programs at Syracuse University, University of Maryland: College park, or Siena?

Brandeis, Rochester, Carnegie-Mellon, if your stats are good enough.

Princeton, according, to the National Research Council has the best math program in the nation. I believe it's an hour from New York City.

Seriously? Brandeis? Not very many (any?) math majors there. They offer one General Mathematics BS.

I wouldn't go to Syracuse for math, either.

WPI, RPI, MIT, Bentley, BC, BU, Colby, Dartmouth, Harvard, Northeastern, Tufts, Wheaton is a good, diverse list (primarily in MA because it's what I'm familiar with). For the most part, each is unique among the list, so you can see which is a good fit for you.

Smith has a good math program.

money is somewhat an issue
what about SUNY schools that have a good math program?
