Hello, guys.
I'm sure that this question has been posted already but I didn't manage to find a reaonable answer throughout the first 4 pages of threads of this section.

So, here it goes:

Firstly, from what I've seen, there're 2 Mathematics Subject Test. M1 and M2 ?
Could someone pleasese briefly explain the difference between these 2 ? Which of them would look better on an application ?

Also, I have Barron's
How to prepare for the SAT II Math Level II c, 6th edition

Would this suffice ? What would be best to work on ? (prep book, not text book)

I'm sorry again if this is jut another useless topic, but I shoul really get to planning a study schedule and I have to know if I have the right books.

M1 covers up to geometry (I think?) but M2 covers up to precalc. M2 is generally better regarded on college apps and I would take M2.

Barron’s is a good book! I think it will suffice. I haven’t taken the test yet but I’m studying from Barron’s right now. The book overprepares you and the problems are supposedly a lot harder than the real exam but I’d rather be overprepared than underprepared. Using the book will probably earn you 750+. Just work through the problems, understand why you got practice problems wrong, take the model tests, and study :)

Yeah, I have been wondering what are the best Math level 2 books to purchase. Can someone give me a list with the best books I should get. I heard that the Barron’s isn’t too good for the Math but if you all disagree, I would like to hear some reasons why and any hints. Thanks!
