i'm going to take the math 2 subject test in june, wat are some good prep books?

Math for Dummies

Probably Barrons's
The problem is it eats you alive though.
Don't be too depressed if you get subpar scores on that thing...the questions are substantially harder than the real test.
But once you master Barron's you'll do exceptionally well on the real test.

The explanations are also quite nice. It assumes you know a bit of math though. Most of it is very cut and dry straight to the point.

ok so is it better to take the math level II at the end of junior year (after precalc) or to take it in october of senior year (ap calc)?? or both?? im still deciding, i dont kno wen to take it.

Wikipedia.
If you want the best preparation you should isolate yourself from society, find a quiet and secluded cave, and rederive all of mathematics - by deriving and discovering everything firsthand, you will get the best understanding.

So what, it will take a few years, but you have your whole life to do it.
And the most rewarding part is that you are not doing it for college.

Peace and power.

^I actually might try that
