@ levinel capillaries have the highest cross sectional area, high blood pressure in the arteries was correct

Yeah, I don’t think that the graph had anything to do with the size of the cross-sectional area… it seemed like a completely different concept. Woohoo!!

I chose artery had highest pressure too, but was confused as to why D, about the vein was incorrect. Does anyone else remember that choice? And does anyone have any clue on my other questions?

guys, what about the HIV one???

Does anyone remember for the question with three curves of DNA at hot springs, the question that asked something like “What is the most logical explanation for more stable DNA at higher temperatures”? Was it the answer choice that said G&C are bound by three Hydrogen bonds, while A&T are only bound by two? The others didn’t make sense to me…

I kinda guessed on that one kwcty6888: I said that whichever were purines and the others were pyrimidines. Literally had no clue, though

@kwcty6888 Yeah, that’s what I said too.

yeah, I got 3 bonds.
I got distance=3,2,1
and the diagram was double on the outsides and single on the middle

purines= A and G
pyramidines= C and T… doesnt work
anyone have opinions on the tests in the princeton review for the AP bio test.?. I got 18 wrong which seems ridiculously good… I dont trust it lol

Well, I miss about 20 on cliffs, so it isn’t too bad

about the question with the structure, most ppl said that it was a lipid. but i saw a nitrogen in there so thats wat throw me off. and lipids dont have a nitrogen…
what about the question with the chemoreceptors (biology M)

I found Princeton AP online for free, so dled it and took the tests. I missed 12/100 on the first and 18/100 on the second. I wish I could have done better, but I didn’t take AP Bio. :P

it was a lipid. i even saw that there was an unsaturated (double bond carbon) on one triglyceride and a saturated (all single bonds) on the other one. yeah N and P threw me off but i still put lipid.

and again: please, does anyone know if the sat2 bio M is usually this hard? i was hoping for an 800 but i guess not…i’m really thinking about canceling my score (and i wanna go into the medical field so anything bio-related is kinda super important), and i really need feedback cause i don’t know if all of the tests are usually around this difficulty level…

So I definitely bombed this test. I guess it’s good cause now I might have some motivation to study for my AP Bio exam on Monday. : )

if i got like 5 wrong so far, and left 3 blank, what would be the scaled score for it?
anyone for the chemoreceptors?
oh and if u take ap bio, then i guess it wouldnt be THAT hard

i take ap bio, and it was meh. wasnt too hard, but i definitely didnt get an 800. the test was about equal to the ones in my princeton review book, and WAY harder than sparknotes. as for chemoreceptors, relatively sure that was taste buds and olfactory hairs

For the question about true breeding…did you guys get “all F1 offspring are heterozygous”?

oh okay for chemoreceptors i put taste buds too
for that F1 generation question i put that the generation will have the same phenotype as its parent since it is true breed…

that^

10char

someone please tell me what he or she put for the HIV and virus question where they made new diseases!!
