May 2013 SAT Discussion Thread

Was “its president” wrong?

Section 4 of the test was experimental, right?

@diana I believe I got Mystical or something like that

@syracusefan i said no error

@ilovediannaagron

For the last questions on deception, I got triple A. But then again I was speeding cause I was dozing off, so they might be wrong. Haha, but since you got multiple A’s, it makes me feel better.

^yay me too!!!

What was the math question that had an answer of 2? I think I may have had that as an answer.

the answer was 5 because 2, 25, 5, 10, and 50 ugh you’re so lucky

@ilovediannaagron

Also got fantastic/ordinary

The more I read this thread, the better I feel about my score. Yay!

@Ilovedia…

I got fantastic/ordinary. However, I was very uncertain about my response (as we all know the orthodox connotation used for fantastic).

Did you guys get triple A’s for last three questions?

it was 4 not 5…

@nnstrive
The 2 doesnt work because when you divide 53 by 2 the remainder is 1

@Hclg123

I got triple A for the last deception reading questions.

2 doesn’t work because remainder is 1

2 isn’t one… 53/2 yields a remainder of 1, not 3. there were 4 total

why wasn’t the history SC ensconsed…undermining?? ensconsed means to hide in a sense, right? elective…marginalizing is kind of reading too much into the sentence IMO

@nnstrive it’s not 5
2 does not work because
53 divided by 2 is 26 with a REMAINDER OF 1

did you guys get a lot of D’s in a row on one of the readings?

I put 4 originally but then put 5 cause I’m an idiot >.<
