i just know one of the main tenets of KMT is that kinetic energy is directly proportional to temperature so i put that

@BeccaN: Whoops, didn’t catch that. Sorry!

Considering this test was harder than the blue book test which had a curve of -3 raw for 800, what do you guys think the curve will be like?

Hopefully, the curve will be around -5 raw for an 800. That seems reasonable considering the difficulty of the test.

so far i got the NaCl, bromine as a red liquid, and oxidation/reduction reaction one with silver wrong for sure. i could’ve made other stupid mistakes but so far -3. eh

For some reason, I can’t remember the redox w/ silver question. Can anyone enlighten me?

I just took the SAT Chem and I ended up not doing 15 questions because I ran out of time. I probably missed 10 more. Should I cancel my score?!?!

I’m going to retake it but I don’t know when…I was planning on taking SAT I in June, but should I retake SAT Chem instead and take SAT I during October?!

Please help!!
jirofan is online now

wait guys #69 was it 3.6 grams H2O like someone else said? Because that’s what i got and I was under the impression that i did that wrong (using .8 for the constant instead of .08)

wait guys does anybody remember what questions the 4 CE questions were?

More:

ph of NaCl is 7
during combustion, water is produced in the form of vapor right? Then it condenses into a liquid, so was confident about that.
KMT question: I put the molecules hit each other and the wall, it never mentioned anything about forces.
alpha, gamma, beta – order
89.6 L for He
What did u guys get for the electroplating question? Is it T,T or T,T,CE?
for the change in temperature for recognizing lab equipment… I thought u needed a thermometer?
for transfering solid NaCl, I put C I think.

I’m fairly certain it was 3.6.

3.2g O2 → .1 mol O2

.1 mol O2 → .2 mol H20

.2 mol H20 * 18g/mol = 3.6g H20

What is this in reference to?

I think the electroplating question was T, T. I forgot what the second part was, though.

Observing the reaction during heating was the test tube w/ prongs.

@agg999 I agree with you on the KMT question and most of the others. Don’t exactly remember the water vapor or electroplating questions though.

Anyone remember the question about the conditions of ideal gases? I have no clue what the choices were.

The combustion decreases in entropy TTCE question.

The second part was Pb has a higher mass than Ag.

wait was 69 the ideal gas law problem?

what was the answer to the graphs, it was like half of parabola, a horizontal line connecting to a line with a negative slope back to horizontal right

was the pressure of gas just 750-30?

Did anyone get any False, False? I didn’t get any.

i omitted 2 and got at least 4 wrong. any idea?

I had 750-30 for the pressure of the gas with the mercury.

I think I had 1 F/F.
