Lets piece together the curve.

How many wrong did you get in Math/CR/Writing?
What was your score for each?

Lets piece together the curve.

How many wrong did you get in Math/CR/Writing?
What was your score for each?

-2 Math 770

-3 in math= 750 i think

wait, how can you tell how many you got wrong without the "detailed score report" they release later?

or are you guys just estimating?

im almost positive i missed 2 on CR, still got 800

I omitted A LOT (about 3 per math section) from Math and got a 700. If that info helps anyone guesstimate that curve...

......
ditto

-2 and a 12 essay is still 800 for writing

-1 Math: 800 =)

Did you seirously not answer 3 questions per math question and ot a 700? If so....I should have done that

Yes, I did omit that much. Then again, one of the math sections wasn't counted (I think)...so that might've helped?

My advice: Just don't be afraid to omit. You can omit 3 (in all) on math and still get an 800 if you get nothing wrong.

Omitting three questions total in the Math section will NEVER yield an 800. The maximum score one can achieve by omitting three questions and having no incorrects is a 780, according to the Study Guide.

The study guide is incorrect. The curve changes every administration of the test so it all depends on the curve.

The Study Guide gives a range of all the possible scores for each raw score. The highest possible score for a raw score of 51 on the Math section is a 780. Thus, I reiterate that a raw score of 51 is NEVER an 800. (Remember that the Study Guide is produced by the same people who score the SAT.)

i think we should make one of those big tables like the march curve...as soon as we get a detailed score report.

I got 1 math wrong for sure, and I got an 800 (so -1 = 800 for math)
I also got 1 CR wrong for sure, and I got an 800 (so, again, -1 = 800)
I got 78 for the MC score for writing (so is that 2 wrong?), and 11 for the essay, and ended up with 800 writing...
