May 7th: Enough Time to Improve?

I took the march SAT and scored a 2230, however, as this was my first time taking the SAT, I would like to bring my score up to 2300-2350. I also need to take subject tests so I cannot afford to waste any testing days. My question is this: is it possible to improve by that much (70-120 points) by May 7th?

Any advice/suggestions?

Thank you.

Any opinions? :D

I think you should be happy with your score and concentrate on the subject tests.

I am happy, but I know I can do better and there is no reason I shouldn’t try, right? I am aiming for the ivies so a score above 2300 would help (or make no difference, but it won’t hurt). I will definitely have at least 1 testing day for subject tests, and I’ve taken 1 already…

As you have said, you can try. If you can improve and you are willing to spend the time, you should. June would probably be a good time for subject tests. Although I am not sure about improving that much in practically a month…
