<p>yea i agree with speakout, I believe that the admissions office will make a discretion between junior and sophmore transfers. So it makes sense for junior transfers to compete and amongst themselves and sophmore likewise because sophmores don't want junior spots and vice versa.</p>

<p>If you apply for sophmore year but get rejected. Are you at a disadvantage in you apply again for your Jr year? And say you get accepted for sophmore year, but turn them down. Do you have a chance applying again for Jr year?</p>
