Okay, so on the website it says that for Canadian students outside Quebec (me) cost is 19,100 / term. The Minerva website asks ME to suggest the amount of money I'm asking for. Do people normally ask for full ride or is that asking too much for McGill? I would say I'm low-income...how much do most people get?

I asked for 4.5x more than I actually received :S I suppose asking for more won’t hinder their decision though.

what do they base their decision off of? They don’t even ask for tax slips…

As you start filling out the initial form, new options start appearing related to how you filled it out. But other than that, I guess the decision is made on parent income/debt/scholarships/current savings…

Hey guys, would you mind listing your grades and credentials and such? I’m just curious because I also got accepted to McGill but denied both scholarships (major and basic)

I asked for as much as I needed. That is tuition-what I/my parents can afford. I don’t really think it matters, because entrance scholarships comes in $3000. As for Tom, I have a 3.7 GPA (US school) and 33 ACT. Entrance scholarships are not need-based financial aid. Your parent’s income has nothing to do with it. It’s your credentials that decide if or how much you get.
