McGill- reviewed, decision pending?!

I applied to McGill in September(!) because I wanted to be as early as possible. I sent ALL of my grades and transcripts in, as I am in my gap year and already have my final IB score.

My score (38 IB points) is way above what McGill expects for the Arts Department.

However, my online Minerva status has been 'reviewed, decision pending' for about 3 months now!!

I did some research online and usually people were on that status for only a few days.

What does this mean? Has anyone else been in a similar situation?

i am in the same situation. since january my status has been reviewed- decision pending. i applied for mechanical engineering though

I am in the same position. I am currently taking gap year while doing an exchange abroad. I sent in my application late November, along with all the supporting documents and since January, my Minerva status has been ‘reviewed-decision pending’. I don’t know if it is because I fall under the overseas decision dates (even though I graduated from an American high school and will receive no official grades or qualifications from my French high school) or what. But when I applied to McGill last year, they were the last school I got a response from, and I didn’t get a response until late March-early April. I applied to the arts departement as well.

My status changed to “Reviewed - Decision Pending” a couple of days ago too. Good luck everyone!

sooo I just got waitlisted today. after months of being reviewed- decision pending. only a couple of days before the deadline. how about you? anyone else have better luck?

Are you a US applicant? Transfer or regular freshman? Which faculty?

No I’m Swiss, regular freshman for the Arts Department.

Just got Admitted Pending Final results for Arts. Just a formality though since I already have all my results. Told them I was resitting one course so that I can get some McGill first year credit. I’m an A Level Applicant by the way.

I’m still “pending” - it’s been about a month now.

I was pending for 5 MONTHS before I got waitlisted. And that only after I called. A couple of days before the deadlines. So now I’ll have to accept my spot at UofT and then maybe cancel again if McGill does decide to accept me :(

Congrats man , I’m also an A level applicant and I think my predicted grades are A*AA ( the grades are confidential so I’m making an educated guess ) , can u tell me what your predicted grades were ?
