McGill vs Queen’s Student experience

I am a student deciding on what universities I should consider/go to. I would really like some insight on the student life/experience at McGill University and Queen’s University and how they differ as these are the two schools I am really considering! Thanks:)

Both are very good to excellent schools, depending on the course of study. Stating the obvious here, but McGill is very urban, smack dab in the middle of a large, sophisticated city. Kingston is a far smaller city with more of a town feel. Queens dominates it more than McGill dominates Montreal.
McGill will have more of an international, “grown up” feel, Queens more of a “college town” feel.

Queen’s is the closest you come in Canada to the American college experience. It is a large research university in a small city. There are very few commuter students. It is close to a 24/7 campus experience.

At McGill you will be involved in the city and after first year living off campus in the city. Montreal is the best student city in North America.
