mckenna vs occidental vs pomona vs pitzer ?

which one do you think is most competetive to get admitted?

I'm not an expert, but I think Pomona.

Pomona slightly trailed by Claremont McKenna, then Oxy, then Pitzer. All are decent/good to great schools, and getting into Pomona is super tough, as is CMC.

Pomona and CMC are very close, as are Oxy and Pitzer, with regard to difficulty of admissions.

I am almost sure that the order of competition goes:
Pomona, McKenna, Pitzer, Occidental (descending, Pomona being the most difficult to get into)
That being said, they are all excellent schools. Pomona, Claremont McKenna and Pitzer, though, are all part of the Claremont College Consortium which is very highly regarded and respected.

Since the last post was in 2006, ill adjust those stats.

Pomona and Claremont are the most selective liberal arts colleges (other than Amherst) at about 12%. the SAT scores are higher at Pomona.

Pitzer has seen a recent boom in applications, causing them to go down to about 15%, while Oxy is still in the 40% region.

lots of comparisons amongst the 5Cs (with a few on Occidental) here:
