Medical school admits from U of Wisconsin

<p>Does anyone have information re acceptance rates to allopathic medical schools (MD, not DO) for students at the University who are not residents of Wisconsin?</p>

<p>I've reviewed the website, and this board, but can't locate recent figures. I've also emailed the university, but was unable to get any numbers.</p>

<p>Although many Wisconsin students go to the University of Wisconsin medical school, I suspect the majority are in-state residents.</p>

<p>About 80% of the slots are for instate so OOS admits are tough. Nearly half the admits are UW grads. That's all I know.</p>

<p>Most OOS students will need to look elsewhere.</p>

<p>I'm thus curious how admit rates to allopathic med schools for U of W graduates from OOS compare to the national average.</p>
