So I got a meeting with the professor tomorrow afternoon.

About me:

-live in switzerland
-3rd and final year of my bachelor's degree in economics, past my first 2 years
-not very good grades
-wish to do my graduate degree (master degree) abroad, either US/UK/maybe Canada
-going to talk about my opportunities with professor of macroeconomics, (he's been to LSE, UCL)
-want to go to really good program but realize my grades are not very good.
-apparently if you hand in good papers it can help with some schools (I handed in a very good paper 2 weeks ago, assistant told me it was a very good paper)

I really really want to study in the US.

What should I not say, avoid mentioning?
What should I definitely mention?

thanks a lot guys, I'm a bit stressed.

I don’t get it…

Isn’t the point of this meetings to be candid and ask questions and assess your qualifications?

It’s not like this is an admissions interview…
