Merit Scholarships?

<p>Would it be possible for me to receive a merit scholarship as an OOS? I will only have 50k from my dad for 4 years of college. I need the rest to come from scholarships as I do not want to take out loans.</p>

<p>your sat scores are too low for merit scholarships. even if you were in-state, you wouldn't get any. your ec's are nice, but rutgers hardly looks at ec's.</p>

<p>but the loans at rutgers are fairly generous. at least they were last year. with all the new applicants (because of the fairly successful football team), i don't know if they'll be as generous.</p>
