So I was looking at my Why Chicago supplement, and I realized I messed up.
The majority of the supplement is in arial, 12 font. But then randomly, there is one paragraph in the middle that is times new roman, 11 font. My chances are slim anyway, but do you think the admissions office will care?? I think they’ll suspect I copy and pasted, but I didnt! The whole essay was pretty specific in general.
My advice is don’t look at your applications after you send it. I’m a Junior and I certainly won’t. I think I’m similar to you in that I’ll take the smallest error and worry myself to sleep over it, so there is absolutely no chance I’ll look at my application at all after I send it in, and neither should you. What’s done is done. No need to worry. If they think you deserve to be admitted an error like this won’t cause for rejection.
^Great advice. NO application is totally perfect. No matter how much you proofread and thought you had it right, if you look back SOMETHING will be wrong. Go eat ice cream or watch a movie or something. Don’t look back at your apps.
