Metropolitan college Boston University

Hi everyone, could you please let me know how MET BU is? In terms of job opportunities, faculty and location? Besides, How is their CS program.

MET for undergrads is a part time evening school. It is not intended for full time 18 year olds. It is on the Charles River Ca.mpus.

Graduate programs are primarily for working adults but there are full time students. Their CS program is well regarded.

@TomSrOfBoston Thanks allot for replying. However, do you have any idea regarding the job opportunities at MET?

MET is part of BU so you should get the same opportunities but most who attend are usually employed… Classes are taken all over campus and not at a given location.

But Is it worth it to spend 173000 for 2 years at MET?

Why so expensive? No school is worth that right now in these times. What’s your choices? Why are you looking at MET?

It’s tuition + living expense. However, I have received the admit from Stevens Institute of technology as well in Business Intelligence and Analytics program.

If you are a full time undergraduate then MET is not the right place for you.

Sorry but Stevens is where you should go… I agree with Tom and I’m a BU alumni …

No. I have applied for MS in CS. I am a graduate student.

Yes, Stevens is good too. But is it good in terms of job opportunities? However, I have to pay 117000 for two years their as well.

Do you have an undergrad degree in CS? If so your best option would be to get a job in the field and get tuition reimbursement from your employer.
