Miami (OH) or Marquette? Help! (FSB vs. MSBA)

Hi guys, this morning I got into bot Marquette and Miami University, and I could not be more happy. But I’m having a tough time deciding which school to pick. Marquette gave me $15K a year which definitely makes it cheaper than Miami, but that is not a huge issue. I got into the Farmer School of Business which I am ecstatic about as well. I am asking on a purely, post graduation succes basis. I think I want to go into real estate and Marquette has an insane program for real estate, but Miami has a great Finance program that I got into, and I know with a finance degree I can get jobs in many places including real estate. So I am having a tough time deciding and would appreciate any help!!! Thanks!

Did one campus resonate with you more? Was there one school that felt like “home”? I don’t think you can go wrong with either. My guess is that a finance degree will give you more options than a real estate degree. Also, you might decide you don’t want real estate.

FSB has a very well-regarded program. I’m not familiar with Marquette, but the two Catholic colleges I’m most familiar with, Xavier of Ohio and University of Dayton, are just super-friendly places that are beloved by their students and grads. Perhaps Marquette is similar.
